Staff can take intake, build estimates and see contacts and jobs. Admins also see money, invoices, the dashboard and settings.
Import contacts (CSV)
Export from your phone, Google Contacts, QuickBooks or a spreadsheet as CSV. Columns are matched by name
(first / last / name, phone / mobile, email, company, type, notes). Rows already in the book (same phone or email) are matched, not duplicated —
safe to re-run. Rows with no phone and no email are skipped.
Prices
Current rates (what the website and the estimate builder use). A change starts on the date you pick; old prices are kept in history, and estimates already created keep the rates they were built with.

Turning a division on shows it as a tab at the top right of the staff app and on the website price list.
Delete estimates / jobs
For test or mistaken records. A deleted job disappears from the pipeline, contacts and every dashboard number,
together with its estimates, invoices, payments, costs and labor. A deleted estimate disappears with any invoices raised from it.
Nothing is erased: each record is kept with who deleted it, when and why (see “View Deleted Jobs”). Deleting can't be undone from the app.
