Screened porch rebuild
Rotted framing and screen torn out, rebuilt with fresh lumber, raised panels, a new storm door, and a clean coat of exterior paint.
Full bathroom remodel
Taken down to bare studs — rotted subfloor, crumbling plaster, and a cast-iron tub hauled out. Rebuilt with Italian marble-look porcelain, a recessed niche, glass mosaic accent strip, and a multi-jet shower panel system.
Curved staircase & coffered millwork
A mansion foyer taken from raw scaffolding and exposed framing to a finished curved staircase — white oak treads, custom wrought iron balusters, a carved handrail, and two stories of coffered wall paneling behind it.
Custom walnut stair tread
Raw walnut slab cut, milled, and finished in the shop — then installed as a custom stair tread alongside black steel cable railing.
Full bathroom remodel
Old tile, torn walls, and a worn-out tub cleared out. Rebuilt with Carrara marble-look tile, a recessed niche, grab bar, basketweave floor, and a multi-jet shower panel.
White oak stair treads
Raw plywood stringer and open risers — then fitted with custom-cut white oak treads, face-nailed tight, and finished clean.
Custom, Hand-Milled Alaskan Cedar Sauna
Sourced from old-growth Alaskan yellow cedar and milled by hand on-site, every board in this sauna was selected for tight grain, natural fragrance, and dimensional stability under extreme heat. The result is a space that smells like a forest and feels like a spa — built to last a lifetime.
